2. inventory all cleaning/day-to-day household things you're running low on and buy in bulk online.
3. empty medicine cabinet, wipe down shelves, throw away empty and expired items and note what needs to be replaced.
4. go through passwords and use a password organizing or protective app; make sure you're using solid passwords and not the same password for everything.
5. go through bank statement and highlight recurring fees and subscriptions and decide whether you need/use them and get rid of what you don't use.
6. sign up for Trim that will go through memberships and remove what is not being used.
7. change out of your pajamas
8. give yourself a manicure or face mask.
9. take 5 books off of shelves that you haven't read or never will read

12. throw out all expired condiments on fridge door.
13. wipe down all surfaces in bathroom and give toilet bowl a quick brushing.
14. give all of your make up brushes a good wash and throw out old ones.
15. create 3 meals to make for upcoming week and make a grocery list.
16. give coffee maker a good clean with white vinegar.

Chelsea, can you please do a video on the investment vs cons of lasik eye surgery? I've been wanting to get it for 10 years but it's still scary and expensive…I feel like if you've looked into it and decided no it's probably for a really good reason. Thanks!

You’re wasting money on make up brushes and sponges (you can get the ones you wash), but odd for the financial diet

If anyone like The Financial Diet is tired of buying sponges or finding them stinking, i use a silicone scrubber. Works just as well as a sponge but you can toss it in the dishwasher or boil it in water to clean it and make it safe to use again!!

Another thing to do in short time is "garbage bag therapy." You go around your house as quickly as possible and fill a bag with trash or things to donate. It's kind of shocking how much you can find to get rid of in 10-15 minutes!
