감사합니다 🥰❤️ ============== FOLLOW US Instagram Facebook 웹사이트 .

As a real-estate investor(i assume rental properties), does the upcoming rules on non-deductibility of interest on residential rentals affect you guys much?

Hey Peter (and Yen) great to see your travel videos but also great to hear about your story. We, my wife and I, also have worked really hard and on our journey to financial freedom and have the same goals as you (travel and eat of course!). It's really great to see all your stories, how to be thrifty with the end goal in mind! If ever in Melbourne hit us up for a drink!

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing. I sold my apartment for a profit and was able to travel around the world. But I did not invest so I had to continue working.

At age 11 I was waking up 6am to get low tide and get shellfish, then sell at the local market. Also picked snails after it rained and sold them too. I've always had this approach 🙂 I enjoy investing and learning every day. We're on the path to FIRE and travel is much more important than materialism for us. Thank you for the video.

I'm aiming to reach financial freedom one day soon..been trying to save and invest before this..but i blame my spending habit especially on buying unnecessary items. There's nothing more that i want than being free..

I loved your point about momentum to double your stash. You can work for your money or make your money work for you!

Thank you so much Peter and Yen for making the video, looking forward to the next one. I do have a question, does your portfolio including having children in future ? Meaning the portfolio you both draft, to have certain amount to sustain your retirement life, is it sufficient if you have kids? Or the whole portfolio need to be adjusted if someone planning to have kids.

Boy! Many people get this wrong, they think early ritiring means enjoy and spend your stash no thinking no working.

Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "online financial freedom" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Ferapt Freedom Fanboy – (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my partner got cool results with it.

Hi Peter and Yen, ran into your channel sort of late last night, ended up watching it till 2+am. Initially I am only here to learn about starting a youtube channel, but your content caught my eyes. Unfortunately, I have realized all these late at the age of 29, so we have been working on it for about three years now, luckily I progressed much faster than I thought I would (I think), so given another 10-15 years me and my wife should be able to reach wherever you guys are right now, which I think is good enough for us.

Will be moving to Manila in 8 years. Already own a penthouse there. If you can earn a foreign income and live in a developing country it is a great way to build wealth
