Search does that mean that the plasmid contain an Ori site? Answer is that the reason for incorporating DNA of interest with in to a plasmid

u did not clear the point that the probability that a target gene is surrounded by same palondromic sequence on its either side that too if we consider a mono cistronic gene in eukaryotes like human they are split…….pls sir reply im really confused that how a gene can be cut that perfectly…
